    Lindy brings a wealth of materials and product knowledge to all Archer + Wright projects. Her expertise in sourcing quality furnishings and fitments for their projects has been widely recognised in both international and Australian design awards.

    With her in-depth understanding of the unique requirements of every development, Lindy brings a fresh and innovative perspective that allows her to tailor the materials, fixtures and finishes to perfectly fit the specific needs of each Archer + Wright design.

    With over 25 years of experience in the architecture and interior design fields in Australia and New Zealand, Richard Archer has an established reputation for his unique skills in interior architectural planning, detailing and overall design excellence.

    SAfter a career working in senior designer/architect capacities for some of the leading practices in the region (including Cox Architects, Martin Hughes Associates and Geyer Design), Richard established his own practice in 1998. In 2003, he co-founded Archer + Wright Pty Ltd with his long-time design collaborator, Lindy Wright.

    Since its inception, Archer + Wright has established a strong reputation for producing a wide range of high-quality design solutions for an extensive list of clients in the corporate, residential development, and high-end private home sectors.

    Having won several design awards both internationally and in Australia, Archer + Wright is now a highly sought after collaborator on some of the most prestigious projects across the nation. Their impressive portfolio boasts blue-chip clients such as The Hyde Apartments (The Hyde Penthouse), North Residences Milsons Point, The Ernst & Young Centre and Citibank Building Foyers in Sydney, as well as numerous exclusive private residential commissions.

    Since establishing 360︒ in 2001, Daniel Baffsky has developed 360︒ into a highly sought-after and award-winning practice renowned for its innovative design, cultural sensitivity, ecological integrity and commercial efficiency across all project sectors.

    Responsible for overseeing the creative direction, client liaison and all operational aspects of 360︒’s work, Daniel has collaborated on significant design projects in the various realms: urban, leisure, institutional, commercial, health and residential. Major projects include Noumea Waterfront 2025 Strategic Masterplan, Noumea New Caledonia; Sam Fiszman Park, Bondi Beach; The Kinghorn Cancer Centre, Sydney, South East Regional Hospital, Bega; The Ivy, Sydney; The National Centre of Indigenous Excellence, Redfern; The Kuwaiti Diplomatic Mission Complex, Canberra and the rooftop ‘park’ – M Central, Sydney.

    Daniel’s background in investment banking, marketing and tourism confers a cross-disciplinary understanding of project dynamics. A Councillor of the Royal Botanic Gardens Foundation, Daniel also sits on the Royal Botanic Gardens Art Committee and was a keynote speaker at the 2008 Green Roofs Australia Conference as well as the 2010 Design Ex Sydney, where he presented a case study paper on the social sustainability benefits of green roofs.
